How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly Quick Natural Way To Lower Your BP
Hi, my name is Usuff and I had pretty high blood pressure yesterday morning. It rose to 171113, which was pretty high for me. It was that high because I was experimenting with some B vitamins. And that experiment went disastrously wrong. In the evening my blood pressure was still high, although it had dropped a little bit to about 170100. Not good, remaining high for so long the whole day. I remembered a technique for bringing down high blood pressure quickly that I read in an ebook. And I applied the technique and I brought.
It down fairly successfully. How To Lower Blood Pressure Quickly. If you've ever lost control of your blood pressure, and it rises way too high, here's a technique you can use to bring it down quickly. This technique is taken from Virginia Sturm's ebook entitled Natural Solutions to High Blood Pressure. In this ebook Virginia explains the causes and dangers of high blood pressure. And outlines thirty natural ways to lower it. One of the ways she gives is soaking feet in hot water. When my blood pressure rose dangerously high, in desperation, I tried this technique.
And it did drop my BP down to a safer level within an hour. Much to my relief. Here's my story. One morning my BP hit the roof. It was 171113. I reacted badly to a supplement I was taking. After coming home from work my BP was still dangerously high. I needed to bring my BP down quickly. In desperation I tried Virginia Sturm's technique of my soaking my feet in warm water. I improvised and found a plastic recyling bin and emptied it. I then filled it with very warm water. As hot as my feet could tolerate.
At 8'pm, just before placing my feet in the water, I measured my BP. I used a reliable Omron BP monitor. Before soaking my feet, my BP was 16999. In other words, my BP had been high the whole day. Not good. I placed both feet in the warm water. The water was actually a bit hot. Over the next hour I watched it fall nicely, down from 16999 to 14082 in just an hour. In other words, this technique lowered my blood pressure from around 170100 to 14080 in an hour.
That's a big drop in a short time. And a huge relief. I kept soaking my feet the rest of that night. My BP did rise back up, but not as high as before. It stabilized around the 15090 mark that evening. Soaking my feet in hot water worked for me. I thank my lucky stars. I made this tutorial because others may be in a similar situation and want to know how to lower blood pressure quickly. Obviously, it's not a permanent fix. But it buys time. Time to look at more permanent solutions. Other BP lowering advice can be found in Virginia.

Can Your Brain Give You Energy
You've probably heard of the placebo effect where a non medical drug can provide real physiological change. When you take a placebo, if you really, truly believe that it's going to work, your brain can be tricked into releasing the chemicals that are associated with that effect. We decided to test the placebo effect on our office to see if we can trick people into having more energy. upbeat dance music For a science experiment on homoeopathic medicine, would you be willing to take energy pills for seven days.
No. No Oh, well. What's it going to do to me Like, what. The effect should be increased energy throughout the day though you could become slightly irritable. Maybe lose sex drive a little bit. Those are the only two recorded side effects. Alright, for science. Girl For science! Awesome. Voiceover And just like that in less than two hours, one of our test subjects was already reporting feeling the effects of the pill. I am super, super wired right now. Like I feel like I'm in the matrix,.
Like I can see things different. I don't really know how to describe it other than maybe like an alcohol buzz It almost feels like I'm buzzed. I'm a little freaked out, I'm not gonna lie. A little bit, I think it did help a little bit. Yeah, why not Usually at the end of the day, I just wanna sleep, I just wanna rest, but after that I did feel like I'm okay. A couple days ago I went rock climbing and I was able to do like five hours.
I don't know if it was the pill or if it was me but I was able to do it. I took it right before I drove home which is when I always feel the sleepiest when I'm driving home because traffic kind of just lulls me to sleep so I decided the pill and when I was in the car, I was just losing my mind. So I've been taking the energy pills, this is the third day and I still feel nothing. VitaMix Lets Not Get High Blood Pressure Smoothie
Hi, I'm Jane from blenditandMendit where I show you how I turn my VitaMix blender into my 1 antiaging tool. Welcome. Today I am making my Let's Not Get High Blood Pressure Green Smoothie. And here's why. Not too long ago I received an email from a blog I subscribe to, Victoria Boutenko's green smoothie blog, and she put out What To Add To Green Smoothie's To Help With High Blood Pressure. So I thought, well, okay, I'm gonna file that away for awhile and I'll use it at some point. Lo and behold, not too long afterwards, I received an email from.
Michaele who asked, Do you have any smoothies or elixirs for hypertension which is high blood pressure. Yes, I do now, thanks to Victoria. So, I will have the link to Victoria's article on my blog, so please go there and read it if you are concerned with high blood pressure and hypertension. In the meantime, let's make a delicious smoothie that will help to combat that. Out of the fruits and vegetables that Victoria listed, I chose to use tomato, and I got the plum tomatoes and these are organic, and in the interest of the budgets we were talking about.
Yesterday, those three tomatoes only cost me $1.79. They were on sale at Whole Foods for $2.49 a pound. so, go for the organic if you can, it's not always expensive and go for what's on sale. You can up your game by eating better food. The food is only as nutritious as the soil it's grown in. Then I'm adding one half of a long English cucumber which I purchased from Costco, certified pesticide free,so you never know where you're gonna find the good stuff. And one green onion which Victoria says in her article is rich in chromium, Vitamin C, fiber, manganese,.
Vitamin B6, on and on and it has healing properties, lowering blood sugar, decreasing the risk of high cholesterol and high blood pressure. So, I'm only adding one, because as you begin to use raw foods, you'll understand that, they taste, in the finished product, the same way they taste whole, because you're not cooking the flavor out so you don't need to add more flavor with salts and various other things. So, I'm just gonna add one. And I'm not adding any water to this, I want it to be nice and potent and have that tomatoy juice flavor.
To it. Ok. Let's blend up our anti high blood pressure green smoothie. Here we go. This is so mild and delicious and refreshing. It needs no salt, no spices whatsoever. It is fabulous on its own. One thing I know from experience when using tomatoes in smoothies, if you let them sit in the refrigerator, after a couple hours when they're chilled, they're almost like a pudding and you can eat them with a spoon. Either way, it's delicious. I would like to thank Michaele for writing in with such an important question.
