Most of the time it's very hard to believe that a certain supplement or maybe training program can really make you do the exact same thing if you follow the exact program. Now before I get started, I just want to make it clear that the pictures that I showed had nothing to do with his tutorial. Transformed in those pictures may have actually been the result of the programs advertised. The reason I'm saying this is because I simply don't want to get sued by those people. Now without further ado, I'm going to show You how I went from this physique To this physique in less than five hours. Now the first step in this tutorial is to reverse the process. That's right we're going to do the after picture first and the before picture after. So here we go! First thing that we have to do is go to the gym. Make sure you do.

Next, jump into a tanning bed and get as tanned up as possible. you want that vascularity to show as much as possible. Hi, I'm Ginger Black. I'm a professional snake handler with Expert Village. Okay. We have our pseudo snake bite victim here who was prepared enough to bring his Sawyer extraction kit with him. Inside the kit you have a cheat sheet telling you what you can use this kit for. There are sting relief pads for bee and ant stings, things to that effect. Alcohol prep pads. A couple of BandAids. The extractor itself. The tips that belong in it. And a razor. You want to begin by taking one of your alcohol prep pads and very gently cleaning.

The bite location. Your razor. You want to very gently shave around the bite location to remove any hair there. Remove your extractor. And, choose a tip that is an appropriate size for the wound. You want something that will cover both punctures from the fangs. If the snake was too large to do with one tip, you may need two extraction kits. You'll pull the plunger back on the extractor. Put the tip on the end. Place it over the puncture wounds. And push the plunger in. This draws the skin up into the tip and will suck blood.

I've been drinking the caffeine to offset feeling tired due to all the vomiting. Then the fluid retention is to offset the dehydration. So drink more water and juice in small amounts along with some ginger to control the nausea. That tastes really bad coming back up. Then cut back on the salt, get more potassium and put your feet up to reduce the swelling in your feet. I'm trying to think of something that contains potassium. Just take your vitamins, cool off in the pool or relax on the couch, and sip at some juice.

You've got low saturations on oxygen that's twice as bad. Then you've got blood pressure, heart rate, level of consciousness and temperature. And for each of these parameters the more abnormal those are, the more points patients get and those points are then added up so if the patient is over a certain level of sickness we're asking for an urgent intervention by a doctor. And at the bottom we're quite clear even some patients who haven't got a high score might be sick and we want you to flag that up.

Now on the back we've got a short protocol what to do with those scores so the more abnormal the scores get there's written who should be informed about this abnormal score and what should they do. These cards will be carried by all clinical staff so junior doctors, nurses on the front line, physiotherapists anybody involved with patient care can carry this our number one priority for the next few months is to to get the NEWS score integrated into care pathways across all hospitals in Wales.
