Hi I'm Jeanette Portocarrero Welcome to our twelve week body transformation. This is a total body workout. We're located in Palmdale California The twelve body transformation is designed to not just lose weight, but within that timeframe gain muscle mass, loose body fat, and instill good habits. The workout is six days a week. We go hard and we go home. It's thirty minutes. We alternate our program. One day we do resistance, the next day we do cardio, then once a week we do yoga. The resistance portion of the training is key.

Without resistance we will not be able to see the body transformation. The way that we work it out is we alternate, one day we do the upper body, and another day we do the lower body and in between we do cardio. During our cardio segment, I really love that part, because we get to do a lot of different things We do very similar to what you see on television, the P90X, the Insanity, a combination of all of those things. The great thing is it can be modified to your level.

We have from beginners, to intermediate, to advanced. On the sixth day we end our week with a yoga session. Yoga is great for core strengthening, for flexibility and the meditative aspects of it is great for mental clarity.
